Staging a Vacant

Using a few
well-placed items in each room in order to
create an environment for the homebuyer to see
the house as a “home.”
Because staged houses sell faster and for more
money, the homeowner needs to package the home
to show off its best features and to downplay
the flaws. (Home staging is about romancing the
buyer, putting them in the mood to make an
emotional connection with a house!)
Consultation Fee: $75 @ hr. (approx. 2 to 3
hrs.)
Coordination of Requested Furniture Rentals
through Retail Companies: Please request a
quote.
Rental of Ambiance Accessories: $80 @ mo. and
up. (Each item is rented at @20% of its current
retail value, as per rental industry standards.)
Staging: $50 @ hr. (approx. 2.5 to 3 hrs. per
